I came to Indonesian for 2 weeks. Due to the limited internet connectivity hour and the rate of the Internet bill here, I have to cut down all unnecessary usage, such as tweeting, surfing around Facebook, read blog posts on my Google Reader and etc. However, it doesn’t mean that it will lead to an unproductive working environment.
Blogging has become a profession, no body ever thought of it at first until a few successful blogger like problogger did it. Search any search engine with your questions or doubt, the result floated with no other than blogs. Weblog has taken a giant step in a few years, a lot of professional bloggers are out there sharing and guiding beginner to success in this profession. Isn’t it funny to see how a profession is taught through web?
Facebook and Twitter has become one of the hottest topic among the World and almost everyone participant on it. Just the matter of updating or not. Believe it or not, most of the people around me are into these 2 things only. And with these 2 things, they can spend hours and even days on it. Interesting? What so fun about those anyway?
Some of my friends, after knowing that I’m a blogger, they think it’s cool. Honestly I don’t know what is it so cool about that exposing my daily life on the Internet. However, they started to pick up blogging as well. Some started pretty good, some never good and went into death blog and gone afterward. It is interesting to see how people giving into blog but never thought about how to maintain it. I would like to explain this in a more… Human way.
As far as I know, Kathie and I don’t like to use the built-in image uploader. Simply because they create too many unneccessary thumbnail and sizes that taking space and time to backup. In order to cut thing short, I thought of creating a uploading folder to just upload the image for a blog, and only to backup one folder that contain all the images across a blog, which will save lots of time and probably some space on the hosting as well.
